Ancillary Facility – The Bays Truck Marshalling Area
The ancillary facility was not identified in the Sydney Metro West Stage 2 EIS. This facility is required for a new truck marshalling area and for construction material/equipment laydown. The establishment of the facility requires minimal construction works to establish the site.
Minor Ancillary Facility – The Bays Vehicle Parking
The minor ancillary facility is required for construction personnel light vehicle parking. The facility is located at Glebe Island and allows for improved capcacity and safety for vehicle parking.
Detailed Noise and Vibration Impact Statement – Pyrmont Station Addendum OOH tunnelling prior to shed completion
The works assessed in this Addendum include the commencement of the station cavern tunnelling (Stage 2) prior to the full completion of the acoustic shed. The acoustic shed at the Pyrmont East worksite will be partly constructed, including the platforms over the temporary shaft and part of the shed walls. The commencement of excavation of the station cavern will be undertaken outside standard construction hours to allow the shed construction to continue during the standard hours.
Water reuse strategy
The purpose of this Water Reuse Strategy is to describe how JCG JV will consider and apply the sustainable water use practices during the delivery of the Project. In doing so, this Strategy addresses the relevant requirements of the Project Planning Approval, applicable legislation, and contractual requirements, including the Project Deed and Specifications.
Consistency assessment – Skinners Hotel Roof
This Consistency Assessment assesses impacts associated with protective measures required for Skinners Hotel Roof structure. The protective measures required for the Hotel include the removal of a skillion roof extension installed as part of refurbishment works undertaken in 1989, and the reinstatement of the original roof structure
Annual Noise and Vibration Monitoring Report – March 2023 to March 2024
The Annual noise and vibration monitoring report is prepared in accordance with Condition C23 of the Project Planning Approval. The condition requires reporting of the noise and vibration results as outlined in the Construction Monitoring Programs
Biannual Water Monitoring Report – Oct 2023 to March 2024
The bi-annual water monitoring report is prepared in accordance with Condition C23 of the Project Planning Approval. The condition requires reporting of the surface and ground water results as outlined in the Construction Monitoring Programs
Environmental review – Skinners Hotel Temporary Electrical Works
Skinners Hotel basement has been identified by JCG JV as the preferred location for the installation of the Temporary Builders Service (TBS) due to space constraints across the rest of site and AusGrid specifications. The Environmental Review details consistency with the planning approval.
DNVIS Pyrmont Addendum – OOH Tunnelling

Heavy Vehicle Local Road Report Hunter East and West Construction Sites – (Anzac Bridge) Rev F
The scope of this Heavy Vehicle Local Road (HVLR) report is to provide an additional outboud route required to service the Hunter East and West construction sites towards the west via Anzac Bridge
Detailed Noise and Vibration Impact Statement – Pyrmont Station Addendum OOH deliveries
The works assessed in this Addendum include the unloading of delivery vehicles (including oversized delivery vehicles) delivering the platform and acoustic shed steel to the Pyrmont East worksite, outside standard construction hours.
Heavy Vehicle Local Road Report Pyrmont East and West Construction Sites – Pier St and Darling Drive

Minor Ancillary Facility – Union Street Pyrmont
This minor ancillary facility is located adjacent to the Sydney Metro Pyrmont East construction site, at Union Street, Pyrmont. The facility is required for change rooms, toilets, first aid room and storage containers. The facility would allow for increased productivity and safety for the Pyrmont East construction site due to the limited space available on site for upcoming construction activities. The facility is approx. 360m2 and includes the footpath, verge and parking lane along the Union Street frontage. The facility will be required until July 2024.

The routes are required to provide an inbound route using Gresham Street, and an outbound route using Pitt Street, not currently provided by the approved routes.

The scope of this Heavy Vehicle Local Road (HVLR) report is in relation to the heavy vehicle routes which are in addition to the approved haulage routes in the EIS. There are two additional routes required to service the Hunter West construction site. The first route is required to provide an inbound route from the north. The second route is required to service the inbound and outbound access to De Mestre Place, located in the western boundary of the Hunter Street West site. De Mestre Place is currently the only established access to construction site and is therefore essential to the initial establishment phase of the project.
